Objective
The project will provide a safe, sustainable, economical, and effective source of heat and steam for Dockyard and Stadacona, along with municipal services upgrades.
Requirements
The project will replace and/or upgrade the underground municipal works & services that are in poor condition and at risk of failure; and will implement building upgrades / modifications to reduce the thermal and electrical energy demands of the buildings currently connected to the central heating system.
