Objective
This project is intended to identify and implement a solution for optimization and fit-up of office furniture and IT support systems based on the functional space analysis which was conducted with the client/users following GC workplace standards and DND hybrid working directives. This optimization will focus on user security requirements, new GC workplace fit-up standards, and providing a flexible environment.
Requirements
This project will be designed in accordance with the GC workplace standards and support activity-based working. It will provide a fully functional environment while considering the limitations of the existing building. Other building conditions will be reviewed and only be upgraded to meet code, client requirements or improve life expectancy. The intent of this project is not to include any significant building upgrades which are not required.
