Objective
CFAD Dundurn Magazine Area Recapitalization project is a multi-faceted project that aims to extend the service life of the ammunition storage, demilitarization and disposal of ammunition and explosives (sole location across Canada) to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) units based in Canada and other National ammunition activities at CFAD Dundurn, at 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Saskatchewan.
Requirements
Provide safe and secure infrastructure to support its mission of providing ammunition and explosives support including storage, maintenance, distribution and disposal to CAF units and other national ammunition activities in line with the Depot’s role and capabilities. Deliver infrastructure compliant with national safety and security directives and orders. Deliver consolidated, sustainable, and efficient infrastructure via employing efficient systems, and engaging in sustainability efforts. Provide physical security to protect CAF assets through the application of NDSOD measures.
