Objective
The Long Range Precision Strike (Land) project will deliver a long-range precision strike capability that can provide responsive, 24/7, all-weather, precision-guided indirect fire support to defend the continent, enable a combat-capable Canadian brigade within a NATO or FVEY-led Division to deter adversaries, or to neutralize and destroy adversary high pay-off targets.
Requirements
The LRPS(L) project scope will include, but is not limited to, the provision of: mobile missile launchers, munitions including standard range (80 km); extended range and anti-ship missile systems; Additional Logistic Resupply Vehicles and Trailers; ammunition and explosives infrastructure; spart parts and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the launcher, ancillary and missile systems (including repair and overhaul, deployed technical support, training and simulation) for a period of two years; in-service support for the launcher, ancillary and missile systems for the duration of their estimated life expectancy; and project management and engineering services.
