Objective

Meridian Standard will be a globally deployable and highly mobile land asset with strategic, operation and tactical Signals Intelligence and Cyber capabilities that supports CAF and CFIOG operations.

Requirements

Meridian Standard will deliver to the CAF a modern, modular, upgradeable, deployable and redeployable SIGINT capability and allow TF commanders to achieve information operations supremacy in the nascent cyber domain.

This includes - 4x SIGINT subsystems, an offensive cyber operations (OCO) component, training and engineering suites, ILSM plan, training and technical manuals, and initial cadre training.
